A Question About Redeeming Photos

Okay so in February I was able to attend a gig that Sick Puppies were playing at. Towards the end of the gig the band took pictures with fans and I was one of them and then the photographer gave me a little card that said Sick Puppies Samsung Memoir Moments[i][/i] I followed all the directions and noticed that the pictures from the gig weren't up yet.

So now it's August and I came across the card again and went back to the Samsung Memoir Moments[i][/i] thing and the photos from the show still[i][/i] aren't up.

My question is:
Am I doing something wrong (i.e. going to the wrong website to redeem my photo)?
Or is the possibility that the photos from the show I went to still aren't up yet?
