Good point. Very true. A decent camera definitely helps as well...

My camera is ok but it seems most venues will not let me bring it in these days. It has a removable lens but it is definitely not a professional camera. Got lucky in Abilene.

I live in Abilene. This was my second Sick Puppies show, which was headlining at The Lucky Mule Saloon. First was opening for Nickelback in 2010 at Dallas's American Airlines Arena. Last Saturday and headlining in Dallas at The Gas Monkey Bar & Grill was my third. In Abilene at The Mule I spent the latter 2/3 of the show second from stage and eventually right on the edge of stage directly in front of Emma. In Dallas at The Monkey I was on the rail and center the entire time. I have plenty of photos from both #2 and #3 which I intend to link from my FB page when the albums finish loading.
