UNShim, if you are an Eric fan, you will LOVE book 4!
Godric was such an awesome and mature character. It's a shame they killed him off *sigh*
The whole second season is pretty uninteresting considering they really dragged out Marianne's plot. Ugh. I'm so tired of her story. I'm glad it's ending, but I'm sad that season 2 is almost over! AND we have to wait two more weeks before a new episode!
And today's Alexander Skarsgard's birthday! Hoorah! (Actor who portrays Eric).

*Thread bumpage*
So I never watched this show til I found season 1 on DVD used at FYE for about $30... But now :surprised: Completely obsessed!!! In fact, on the 1st, Mom and I are going to San Francisco for the "Ultimate Fan Experience" thing that they're doing on facebook :clapping: SO excited for season 3!!!! Though I must admit, the books are much better than the series... But since I've read them all and have NO idea when the next one will come out, the show is definitely something to look forward to

Nice! Let me know how that is. Sounds cool. Yea, the books are so much better, but that's not shocking.

At this point just about every character's story lines are so far from the books that there really is no way to know what's going to happen... :noclue:

I read an interview earlier today. Alan Ball said that people who read the books will be surprised at who kidnapped Bill :hum:

On a side note... Did you guys know that the actor who plays Bill has an English accent?!?

NO SPOILERS BELOW (hahahaha  )

I love this show. I just caught the first episode of the new season. I won't say what happens for those of you who haven't watched it yet. I gotta say I can't wait to see what all they do with the Sookie/Eric thing. I haven't read the books. I hear they are really different. I think I better wait until the series is finished before I read them. I get so ticked and nitpick at everything that is different. Oh watch the pre-show thing if you can. You'll hear Stephen Moyer's accent plus some things about the upcoming season.

I pretty much skipped the whole thread since I just started the first season last night, I'm only 2 episodes in but it's pretty interesting. The accents were annoying as hell at first but I got used to it.

On a side note (guy moment) Anna Paquin is FINE!!!!!!!!!!! :flash:
