All I do is give up just about everything I can and it seems like no one is willing to give up even a few seconds for me. It'd be fine is this was only a few times but it isn't. After this they get made at me when I refuse to talk. Clearly they didn't care when I was going through it so why do they care now?! I'm just done.
I've been in a similar situation. You actively seek them out, get ignored, so you say 'okay, then I won't bother' and all of a sudden they're wondering where you are and it's like dude really you want me to hang around just so you can ignore me?
I hate working with clay. The art-class kind that dries out if you mess with it for too long and turns into a rock pretty much the next day no matter how much you wet it. Which kinda sums up why I hate using it XD because sculpting in itself is pretty fun when the clay is fresh out of the bag and squishy (wedging it is a good way to relieve anger- you just throw it against a table a bunch of times to get air bubbles out) but when you're using stuff that's several days old you just want to throw it against the wall.
Oven-bake clay is a bit better. No wetting, no feeling of a time limit of when it'll dry out and turn into a rock. If it's too hard, you just roll it around in your hands to warm it up and make it squishy again.
