Bidding Rules and FAQ !!!

Would you like the opportunity to own gear used on stage / tour by Emma, Mark, Shim, or Bryan?
Yes, we are talking about official instruments / gear / equipment that was used on stage by Sick Puppies.
Is the band breaking up? No. Throughout the years gear gets broken, forgot or replaced by the next shinny toy. You'll be surprised at the amount of gear there is at their storage that will never be used on stage again.
Rather then wait for Hard Rock to call, or throw it away, we would like to put these one of a kind items in the hands of our dedicated fans. What's one mans trash is another mans gold right?
From time to time we will have bids like this to raise money to pay for repairs and the endless crap we need on tour, cause touring isn't cheap.
The following are a few guidelines to help you understand the process.
The Bidding Process:
Threads will be created for each and every item. We will describe each item. Provide pictures, and try and explain when that item was used if possible and by whom if applicable.
We will likely only run one bid at a time. (Except for the inaugural bids in which we want to do one item that pertains to each band member ... plus it's near X-mas and we think these might be the ultimate gifts for the winning fans).
Bidding on each item will end at a predetermined time. For instance, we might start a bid at the start of a tour and end it a few days after a tour ends.
Once a listing is posted, fans will get to bid on said items. Bids will continue until the allocated time expires.
In the case that we have multiple bids going on - you may enter as many item bids as you want - BUT you will only be allowed to win ONE bid in a six month period.
Think of this as an auction. If you choose you can return to the thread and try to outbid fellow fans. You have until the allocated time to bid.
Please try and keep the bidding forums on track – serious bids only! We reserve the right to delete posts or unnecessary comments off a thread if they are detracting from the serious bidders.
Bids are in full dollar amount. Anything under a dollar in a bid will be rounded up to the next dollar amount.
The person that submits the highest bid at the end of the allotted time will win said item. Once the bidding ends, the winner will be notified via email. He/she will be given 24 hours to make payment.
Payment:
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, and Amex). Payments will be in US Dollars only.
If you win, You will receive an email with forms authorizing us to deduct the winning bid amount from your account. Once that is done the item will ship to you!
If the winner cannot be notified or his/her card declines, the second highest bidder will be contacted. Etc etc.
Note: If you do not follow through with your bid, your name will be enter in a blacklist and you will not be allowed to bid on any future items.
Winning Caps:
In order to keep bids fair and keep items in as many different hands as possible … each household / account will only be allowed to WIN one bid once every six months. So make sure make sure you want the item you are bidding on.
No we don’t know what items will be listed next, and no we do not take requests for items - so please don’t ask.
Proof of Authenticity:
Each item will ship with a proof of authenticity explaining what said item is and what said item was used for, when possible we will try and explain when said item was used. Understand that some gear we know exactly when it was used. Others we have no clue as to when it was used. We will try and provide as much info in the listings for each item.
Depending on the item, some items will be signed by a band member, or all band members. Details or options will be available within each listings.
Shipping:
Items will be shipped to the bid winner (or the party of his/her choosing – if it’s a gift) within 7 days after payments are collected (probably sooner). We will ship via UPS or Fed EX and a tracking number will be provided. You or your party receiving the item will have to sign for the item.
At this time we are thinking of deducting the shipping from the winning bid.
Included shipping is available only in the U.S.A. Winners outside the USA will have to pay for shipping separately. We will notify you of said charges depending on what the item is.
Return Policies:
Once payments have been collect all sales are final.
The items offered here have lived on the road and are NOT in mint or new conditions. Depending on what they are, they may or may not work. The gear offered here isn’t meant to be used in a professional manner. They are offered here only as collectibles.
