the problem with it is, that its so hard to make out and if you're comparing to lyrics, it can sound like anything....like listening I hear both if i focus on one, but if i try to make it out on my own it doesn't form anything coherent

Yeah, it's frustrating to try to figured out what that says. Like Jessamy said, I can hear either of the guesses if I try to, and if I just focus on what I really hear, it's not coherent.

I put Monsters through a sound editing program where I can select only certain frequencies to weed out the creepy voice. I also had to seperate the right and left channels because they use a weird Flanger kinda effect on that creepy voice that makes it (in a sense) pan back and forth. Once I listened to them independently, I am 99.99% sure it goes
