Ok, I finally managed to get one of my sketches of Mark up. It has a funny texture because I used recycled/pressed fibrous paper that sheds in little clumps when you use charcoal on it. Of course. I'll try to find a link to the reference picture I used, too.

Thanks! The texture is terrible for working with charcoal and/or erasers, though. It kept shedding when I tried to get Mark's face right

Well I don't want to make extra jobs for you, but if you have the time, that would be soooo awesome!

D: Why don't you have them anymore?! I'm depressed now, we trailered my horse to a leg specialist today, because she didn't want to be ridden, and found out that she has incurable arthritis in her sacro-illiac and lower hock joints

I'm the master of cheesecake...cookies, cakes, tarts, candies, pies, pumpkin rolls, rice crispie/fruity pebble treats (try 'em they're awesome!!)...if it's sweet i can make or bake it!
i've always wanted to make my own dog treats for Papilion (my fiesty chihuahua) because the tiny ones are expensive--if you can find 'em. Kudos on the horse treats!! Can you PM me the actual recipe? My 13 year old cousin's horse that she inherited when her dad's friend died, was pregnant and they didn't know....but now the pony is about 6 months old...anywho, she'd LOVE to make her some treats...
Sorry to hear about your horse with the arthritis

We had 3, 2 of them for 5 year and the other one for 3 or 4...One of them had to be put down, because when we got him, the owner wasn't truthful about his age (they said early 20's but he was closer to 30) and he was losing a lot of weight and his teeth were starting to fall out. The other 2 (one we had since he was a year, the other since he was 17) my parents decided to give/sell to a stable because we didn't really get to ride them a lot and they were difficult to take care of during the winter and expensive to feed, and it was basically my dad who took care of them because i didn't live at home and my brothers are young...
Also, I didn't win the contest.
