SPWC

Hi everyone! I`m a big Sick Puppies` fan from St. Petersburg, Russia!

My obsession began quite long ago by the accident. Just saw the lurics of "I hate you" somewhere in the net, thought it must be a great song, found it and was convinced I had been right!

I`ve seen Sick Puppies playing life once - 7.04.14, their first ever show in St. Petersburg. No need to say it was the BEST day of my life! And now I`m impationately waiting for their coming back

To say something about myself: I`m keen on drawing and try playing guitar sometimes. Most of my inspiration I find in SP`s songs. Is`s not only the words you hear, it`s something bigger and very powerful, hiding between the lines, which lets you create something of your own!
I can post some of my artworks if you are interested, btw

Joining SPWC I want not only to credit my favourite band and be closer to it, but to find friends among people who love SP as much as I do! Hope to become a part of the team quite soon!
xx
Arina

Welcome to the boards Arina! It is so great seeing a new member from a recent tour date in Russia.

Be prepared for more friends than you ever expected. WELCOME TO THE BOARDS!!!

And about your artwork - we would LOVE to see it!!!!! Post it! Post it soon!

Welcome!

Welcome to the family xx

Welcome Arina!

Glad you got to see the band! Now the wait for them to come back is gonna be a pain. lol Concert withdrawals are not fun.

I really wanted to go to see them in Russia. Maybe next time.

Yes we would love to see your artwork. We actually have a thread for fans to post artwork

Welcome to our boards!! I wish I could draw more than stick figures. As Crystal mentioned we have an entire thread for you to showcase your artwork. I'd like to see it.

Whats your favorite SP song? Mine is Anywhere But Here.

Thanks everybody for being so nice!

@Cora think I`m prepared, haha It`s always great to meet such friendly people as you guys!

@crystal08 you`re quite right about withdrawals. But I kinda have avoided the-post-concert-depression. I have great memories about the day, they make me smile even now, and, of course, there`s always a hope about the band`s coming back!
So sad you`ve missed the concert. The atmosphere was unbelievable and Shim announced it to be the best show of the tour!
Btw, where are you from? Think there`s not much likelihood you are from Russia. But maybe I`m wrong

@David actually, I love every SP`s song. But I`ll call Deliverance because of the wonderful memories connected with it

And I promise I`ll post some of my drawings a little bit later

Welcome to the forum Arina!!

Can'r wait to see your artwork

Welcome!

I'm from Texas but I have always wanted to visit Russia. I was actually trying to learn Russian but so far i just know a few random words. lol Another band I really like Called The Rasmus was also touring Russia at the time (I've never seen them in concert before) so i really wanted to go and it would give me an excuse to see sp again lol.

@crystal08 wow. Russian is so hard to learn. I can help you if you are still interested in it
Then it`s sad x2 you didn`t come here. Was it because of that kind of informational war we are having right now? I mean stupid rumours about actual war going on in Russia.

Welcome! I`m sure you will have a lot of fun here.

Hey Welcome!!!! Glad you apart of the family!!!!

Welcome!!!!!!!

Its nice to meet you! SP is an AMAZING band. I hope you get to see them again soon!
