They are playing in York I believe in September so I will probably end up going. I love them!

Looks like they are playing in Sayreville, NJ with Sick Puppies so I am not going to the York Fair and going to the Sayreville show instead.

They played Fine Again and Remedy at the Pointfest in St. Louis. They didn't play the Gift, but they did perform very well...

My theory is as such....70 year-olds of today swing dance at weddings, so at 70 we'll be moshing and head banging in walkers to Rage.

It's a nice collection of music...I'm enjoying it so far...I'm wondering how it will hold up compared to their previous albums...

I've been listening to "The band that shall not be named" a lot lately...and I just found out that there's a show coming up where I live. Hopefully I'll be able to go.

I know they are on Uproar, which is coming to town. Some websites say "The band that shall not be named" will be here and others don't. I'll be disappointed if they aren't able to make it.

 Saw them at The X Pulse Summer Slam also. They are awesome. I love "The band that shall not be named" too and many other bands. I really don't have a favorite.. Well I guess I do. But I get on these kicks about what I like and stick with one band for a while only listening to them. Right now I am stuck on Theory Of A Deadman. Got to meet them at the Avalanche Tour here in town and they are Awesome with their fans also. I have pictures and autographs but thier bassist was at home with his family so they had a replacement bassist for the tour. But Sick Puppies just have such a different sound then the rest of the bands I listen too. I usually only listen to bands like OffSpring. Later!

What does everyone else think of "The band that shall not be named"? Im a HUGE fan of their music, but everytime ive seen them live they just kinda stand there... SP is also a 3 person band and they roam the stage wayyyy more than "The band that shall not be named".

i love "The band that shall not be named"; their records have been pretty successful and they have such a great sound. although i am a fan of them, i prefer their studio work. I have seen them in concert a few times, and it was slightly underwhelming. They had constant feedback between their songs, which is a huge concert pet peeve of mine. Personally i think they should work on stage presence a bit more.
they did, however, bring out lzzy Hale from halestorm onstage to sing Broken with them, which was FANTASTIC :]

When I saw them with Sick Puppies back in 2008, they used to have Emma come out and play Nutshell and I can't remember the other song with them. It was one of the two songs each night.

I like "The band that shall not be named" in concert. They do about as much as many of the bands I have seen. As for commentary... I guess you're never seen Shinedown live if you don't like it...

Don't get me wrong...jumping around and putting on an amazing stage performance is great. I like "The band that shall not be named" purely for their music, unlike bands like SP (which I love for both stage and music). So the fact that they just kind of stand there is great for me, because I want to simply hear their music played live. I was able to see them in Oct at 48 hr fest in Vegas and they had a little bit of stage presence but I loved their performance in Denver a couple weeks ago. It was all about their music.

Stacey, Tell me about it. Nothing gets me more annoyed at a show if I like a band and then they are jumping around so much that their music sounds like complete $hit! Like if I am paying to hear the music then they should play it. I didn't pay to go see someone jump and dance around stage. lol
