Switchfoot
I absolutely love switchfoot. There music is amazing and they were my first concert ever. They were amazing and Jon went down to the crowd and i was on the rail and I just froze. I felt so dumb. But its all good.
I fell in love with them after hearin Ment to Live but then I got their older cds a while after discovering them and it wasnt too bad. I think Ment to live and 24 will be my favorite songs from them forever.
I want to see them again they are on tour and hopefully i will get to go.
So does anyone else like Switchfoot

I LOVE Switchfoot!
Their albums are really good. I went to their show last year and they're great live. They're so fan friendly. Actually, after the show, there were a few of us waiting around the venue and Jon came out with his guitar and asked if we wanted to hear any more songs! Of course we said yes and we (about 12 of us) went to a nearby cafe where he took all of our requests. It was the first time I'd met such a humble musician.
I took a few vids:
- more than fine (acoustic set)
- Jon kept getting 'harassed' by the band/tour members over walkie talkie...sorry i filmed it sideways
they're still touring but they're not coming anywhere near where I live

Switchfoot
yay! Switchfoot thread.
Basically take what Kem wrote and apply it to me.
The 'private' show was one of the best things ever. The only thing that comes close is when I saw "The band that shall not be named" do a little acoustic set.
The podcasts are great. I wish all bands did something like that.
Nicole, 24 is a great song.. but my fave will always be On Fire.

Re: Switchfoot
yup. They really love what they do.
Like Kem mentioned, when they did the acoustic private show, Jon asked the fans if we wanted to hear more songs and not the other way around. Very cool.

Re: Switchfoot
The owner of the video disabled embedding... it's still on youtube, though.
The latest podcast (by the way, the last 5 seconds or so are the best)
